Dynamic yoga is based on the excercises of the classic (hatha) yoga, with elements of pilates and spinal training. Spinal movements and the strengthening of core muscles are in the center of this class. It’s called dynamic, because we don’t hold certain asanas (postures) still for a long time, but rather shift and connect them in a dynamic way. This class has a calm atmosphere, however it is a real physicall challange.  It is ideal for those who are accustomed to a seated lifestyle, because it’s extremely important for them to stregthen their core muscles and move their spinal chords. Dynamic yoga is also very useful for young people, because it can prevent spinal problems, and in the long run it gives you a good posture, toned muscles, flexible body, better digestion and good mood.
